A COCONUT BASE INFUSED WITH THAI HERBS AND SPICY RED CHILI

Water, Coconut Milk, Thai Red Curry Paste (Garlic, Red Chillies, Lemongrass, Salt, Galangal, Onion, Coriander Leaf, Kaffir Lime Peel, Acetic Acid (Acidifier), Black Pepper, Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed), Creamed Coconut, Sugar, Diced Red Pepper, Modified Maize Starch, Lemongrass, Red Chilli, Garlic Puree, Lime Leaf, Lactic Acid (Acidifier), Fish Paste (Thai Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Salt, Sugar), Fish Powder, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Sugar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Bay), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Leek Powder, Onion Powder, Flavoring, Garlic Powder), Paprika Extract (Color).

STORAGE INSTRUCTION

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.

  1. Simply stir-fry chicken or fish and throw in some vegetables in a little oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the sauce and simmer until the chicken or fish is cooked through.
  3. Serve with rice.

Warnings: Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
