Water, Coconut Milk, Thai Red Curry Paste (Garlic, Red Chilies, Lemon Grass, Salt, Galangal, Onion, Coriander Leaf, Kaffir Lime Peel, Rice Vinegar, Black Pepper, Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed), Creamed Coconut, Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Lemongrass, Red Pepper, Red Chili, Garlic Purée, Lime Leaf, Fish Paste (Water, Thai Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy (Fish), Salt, Sugar), Fish Powder (Pollock (Fish)), Sunflower Oil, Salt, Onion Powder, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Ground Bay), Lactic Acid, Vegetable Bouillon (Yeast Extract (contains Barley), Leek Powder, Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Flavoring, Garlic Powder), Color (Paprika Extract)

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
Best Before End: See lid

  1. Simply stir-fry chicken or fish and throw in some vegetables in a little oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the sauce and simmer until the chicken or fish is cooked through.
  3. Serve with rice.
