Green Thai Curry Cod Steaks
Sharwood's Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
tbsps vegetable oil
cup leeks, washed and thinly sliced
cups spinach leaves
2 x 6
ounce cod steaks
Place half the oil (1 tbsp) into a large saucepan and heat.
Gently fry the leeks for 2-3 minutes, adding the Sharwood's Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce, spinach and mangetout, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil (1 tbsp) in a large saucepan. Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes before turning and repeating on the reverse side.
Serve alongside the Green Thai Vegetable Curry.
