Green Thai Curry Cod Steaks

Shopping list

  • 1 Sharwood's Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1 cup leeks, washed and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup mangetout
  • 2 x 6 ounce cod steaks

Instructions

    1. Place half the oil (1 tbsp) into a large saucepan and heat. 
    2. Gently fry the leeks for 2-3 minutes, adding the Sharwood's Thai green curry sauce ,spinach and mangetout and cooking for a further 2 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil (1 tbsp) in a large saucepan. Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes before turning and repeating on the reverse side.
    4. Serve alongside the Green Thai Vegetable Curry.
