Shopping List

  • 1 Sharwood's Korma Simmer Sauce
  • 1 lb broccolini
  • 4x6 ounce tilapia fillets
  • 4x30cm square pieces of foil or paper


    1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/400 F/ Gas 6.
    2. Divide the broccolini between the 4 pieces of foil and top with the fish.
    3. Pour the Sharwood's Korma Simmer Sauce over the fish until completely covered.
    4. Bring the four outer edges of the tin foil or paper together to make a tight parcel.
    5. Place the parcels onto a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
    6. Serve immediately, in the foil or paper if desired.
