Tilapia Korma

Ingredients

1 Sharwood's Korma Simmer Sauce
1 lb broccolini
4x6 ounce tilapia fillets
4x30cm square pieces of foil or paper

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/400 F/ Gas 6.

Step 2

Divide the broccolini between the 4 pieces of foil and top with the fish.

Step 3

Pour the Sharwood’s Korma Simmer Sauce over the fish until completely covered.

Step 4

Bring the four outer edges of the tin foil or paper together to make a tight parcel.

Step 5

Place the parcels onto a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 6

Serve immediately, in the foil or paper if desired.
