Chicken Tikka Pizza

Shopping list

  • 1 Sharwood's Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts (1 1/2cm Cubed)
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 frozen pizza bases, 9 ounces each, defrosted.

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°c fan/ 400F / Gas Mark 6.
    2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan then fry the chicken for 3 minutes.
    3. Add Sharwood’s Tikka Masala sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through thoroughly.
    4. Split the 2 pizza dough's in half, so that you have 4 even sized balls of dough.
    5. Roll out the pizza balls as thinly as possible and place on to a greased baking tray. 
    6. Spoon the chicken tikka mixture evenly over the 4 bases.
    7. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until piping hot and the cheese bubbles.
    8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with mixed salad.
