Mango Chutney Relish Burger
a cup of Sharwood's Major Grey Mango Chutney
large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced.
tbsp vegetable oil.
slices of beef steak tomato
cup of fresh chopped cilantro.
For your relish, slice the onions thinly.
In a hot, non stick pan, drizzle the oil and gently fry the onions until they are soft and have turned a light brown colour.
Stir in the Mango Chutney. Continue to cook for one minute.
Meanwhile, heat a large fry pan until hot. Dry fry the burgers for two minutes on each side for a medium cook.
On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place the sliced tomato and cilantro, and top with your burger and relish to serve.
