Mango Chutney Relish Burger

Shopping List

  • 1/2 a cup of Sharwood's Major Grey Mango Chutney
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced.
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 4 beef burgers
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices of beef steak tomato
  • 1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro.


    1. For your relish, slice the onions thinly.
    2. In a hot, non stick pan, drizzle the oil and gently fry the onions until they are soft and have turned a light brown colour.
    3. Stir in the Mango Chutney. Continue to cook for one minute.
    4. Meanwhile, heat a large fry pan until hot. Dry fry the burgers for two minutes on each side for a medium cook.
    5. On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place the sliced tomato and cilantro, and top with your burger and relish to serve.
